Instructions: 1. Using a slow cooker, combine sweet potatoes, garlic, ginger, onion, curry powder. 2. Dash in chicken with salt then place it in the slow cooker then season it with the combined ingredients and drizzle with oil. 3. Cover and cook on high temperature until the chicken reaches the internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit (use an instant read thermometer). 4. Remove cover then pour coconut milk, add bell pepper, and snap peas in the slow cooker; put back cover and cook on high temperature for 10 minutes. 5.
